Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates for construction and engineering projects
• Analysis of design solutions and cost evaluation of works
• Ensuring compliance of estimates with regulatory requirements
• Collaboration with design and construction teams

Requirements:

• Higher education (construction, economics)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in AVK, Excel, and other estimating software
• Attention to detail and responsibility
